Silent Hill DLC has been announced for Dark Deception: Monsters & Mortals, bringing a new kind of horror to a multiplayer game that has you facing off against some super-scary monsters.

Dark Deception: Monsters & Mortals is a multiplayer horror game that's part Pac-Man, part Dead by Daylight. A number of "mortals" are tasked with exploring the map and collecting crystals to open up a portal and escape. On the other side of the coin, a monster is trying to hunt down the players to kill them. Now, some classic Silent Hill characters will be making their way to the game as DLC!

Silent Hill Characters Add a New Kind of Horror to Dark Deception: Monsters & Mortals

The Dark Deception: Monsters & Mortals Silent Hill DLC was teased via a new trailer that launched today (via Reddit). The teaser trailer simply states "A New Challenger Approaches" while playing a single voice line and revealing the collaboration between Glowstick Entertainment and Konami.

In my restless dreams, I see that town. Silent Hill.

Unfortunately, that's all we know about the DLC so far. There are plenty of potential characters for both the Monster and Mortal roles in the Silent Hill universe, but we don't yet know which characters are going to be added as part of this DLC.

For now, you can look forward to the Dark Deception: Monsters & Mortals Silent Hill DLC arriving sometime in February 2021. You can start playing the game right now by buying Dark Deception: Monsters & Mortals on Steam for $9.99 or your regional equivalent.
