The Summer 2017 Update for Sid Meier's Civilization VI is now available for PC Players according to a news post on the game's Steam Community page.
A major highlight of the update is the introduction of the Nubia Civilization DLC. This civilization's unique ability is +50% production towards Ranged units and units of that type earn promotions 50% faster. Civilization leader Queen Amanitore's unique ability is Kandake of Meroë which provides +20% production in all districts. This bonus can be increased to +40% if the city has a Nubian Pyramid next to the City Center. The unique Pitati Archer unit replaces the Archer and has +1 movement compared to the base version. The aforementioned Nubian Pyramid improvement produces +1 Faith, receives additional yields from adjacent districts, and +1 Food if it's next to a City Center. A video was released that highlights some of the nice bits about Nubia:

A number of bug fixes and changes have been released aside from the Nubia DLC. Some of the broader changes are as follows: All districts have had their costs reduced by at least 10% and the Aqueduct and Sewers have had their costs reduced by 30% and 50%, respectively. The cost of all spies has been reduced by 25%. Anti-air strength values have been increased by 5 across the board.
Map generation has had some minor changes. The Aluminum resource can now appear on Plains tiles. Lake generation has increased, and Bonus & Strategic sea resource generation has been updated. Lastly, river generation on Inland Sea maps has been fixed.
Diplomacy has had tooltips added that will inform you as to whether you can or cannot declare war on another player and why. A confirmation regarding Denouncement has been added which should helpfully prevent any misclicks that cause unintended denouncements. Lastly, three changes have been made to the Liberation mechanic. Liberating can now occur even if you get the city as part of a deal (such as by making peace). A bug where Persian players didn't see the "cede" or "return" options has been fixed. Finally, your military units will no longer be entirely ejected from a City State's territory once they've liberated it; instead, they will be kicked back from the first ring of hexes.
This list of changes is by no means all-inclusive; as one would expect with a game as big as Civilization VI, there have been quite a few other changes and bug fixes. Go ahead and read the patch notes to read all of the changes for yourself.
The Summer 2017 Update for the game is live now for PC players. Mac & Linux versions of the update will be coming soon.
