Shadow of the Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition has been announced. This value will bundle up everything you've loved about the conclusion to the most recent Lara Croft trilogy into one great package.
A news post on Square Enix's website has all the details. Pretty much all of the content released for Shadow of the Tomb Raider thus far has been put together a bundle and you'll be able to get it in just a few weeks — it's all set to launch on November 5, 2019.
What's more, a new platform is being added to the mix: the Definitive Edition of Shadow of the Tomb Raider is coming to Google Stadia.
What You Get with Shadow of the Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition
Here's what will be included with your purchase of the Definitive Edition of Shadow of the Tomb Raider:
- All 7 pieces of post-launch DLC.
- The Season Pass content, including:
- Multiple challenge tombs
- Missions
- Weapons
- Outfits
- Croft Edition Bonuses.
- An all-new Definitive Edition "Croft Fitness" Outfit.
- Additional gameplay adjustments.
What about the folks who already bought the Season Pass? No need to worry — anyone who already owns the base game and the Season Pass will be automatically upgraded to the Definitive Edition at no extra charge, although they'll have to download an update on whatever platform they own the game on. If you only own the base game, you'll be able to purchase an upgrade featuring all of this content.
If the Shadow of the Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition sounds like the sort of thing you'd like to pick up, you'll be able to grab it on November 5, 2019, on the PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
