Microsoft has announced what we can expect from the Xbox Game Pass April 2023 Wave 2 lineup, with a second raft of games heading to the service throughout the rest of this month and early May. Titles include a beloved 2D fighter, a lo-fi coffee and chat sim, and plenty of horror to whet your appetite for fear.

First up, starting todayMinecraft Legends is available on Game Pass for PC, consoles, and cloud streaming. It promises to offer casual, approachable strategy for Minecraft fans and genre lovers alike. You can take a look at our preview of the game right here if you want a little more info on Microsoft's newest foray into the Minecraft world.

On April 20th, you'll be able to play indie lo-fi coffee shop sim Coffee Talk Episode 2: Hibiscus & Butterfly across PC, consoles, and cloud, and if you want something a little more rugged, you can also check out Medieval Dynasty on Xbox One the same day. April 21st brings magical farming sim Homestead Arcana for PC, Xbox Series X|S, and cloud.

Finally, on May 2nd, you can look forward to liberating an island from its vampiric infestation in Arkane's Redfall.

As usual, several games are also sadly departing Xbox Game Pass later this month, so make sure to give these games a try before they're gone. Here's a list of what's leaving on April 30th.

  • Destroy All Humans!
  • Dragon Quest Builders 2
  • Tetris Effect Connected
  • Unsouled

Xbox Game Pass is available right now on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC (where it's technically called PC Game Pass). An Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription will get you access to all of these platforms and also includes Xbox Live Gold into the bargain.
