Scott Pilgrim vs. the World: The Game Complete Edition will launch on January 14 for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and Google Stadia. Released about 10 years after the game originally premiered back in 2010, the cult classic is finally getting rereleased on current platforms and PC. The game itself is a 2D arcade style beat 'em up that is inspired by the comic book series and the movie, which was a box office flop. Like the game, it eventually developed an audience of its own, and now both will soon be widely available.

Players will be able to play as Scott Pilgrim, Ramona Flowers, Stephen Stills, Knives Chau, and more. Players will also be able to level up their characters and unique abilities as they traverse through the game. Up to four players can play either online or in local play, and there are also minigames where everyone can see who is the coolest cat in town.

Players will have to defeat Ramona's League of Evil Exes to try to win her heart, which means they have to beat up characters such as Lucas Lee and Gideon Graves. Unlockables such as Zombie hordes, Dodgeball, and Battle Royale will be in the game that can be found while playing Scott Pilgrim vs. the World: The Game Complete Edition. I'm not sure how a battle royale will work, but I'm sure it will be interesting to see in action.
