Prepare to see team RWBY in a whole new light, as the RWBY: Arrowfell release date has been announced. Coming November 15, 2022, players will embark on a perilous journey through the continent of Solitas, swapping between the four iconic characters in the series.
Ruby Rose, Weiss Schnee, Blake Belladonna, and Yang Xiao Long are the four interchangeable characters players will be able to embody in the upcoming RWBY beat 'em up adventure game. Each of the characters comes with their own signature weapon and Semblances for players to master in order to defeat the growing horde of enemies headed their way. The 2D sidescroller also features an in-canon story that is set in the RWBY Volume 7 era, which includes never before seen cut-scenes from the creators of the show.
RWBY: Arrowfell allows players to traverse Atlas, which consists of over 25 different areas to explore and conquer. Each area is home to new deadly monsters, intense boss battles, and several environmental puzzles to solve. Players will gain skill points as they progress, and those must be spent wisely in order to empower their team with only the mightiest of abilities. Fans of the series will also notice some very familiar faces, as Penny, Winter, and General Ironwood will be featured NPCs in the game. There will also be a few new faces introduced as well; players will come across Team BRIR as they make storyline progress.
RWBY: Arrowfell is set to release on November 15, 2022, and will feature an original theme song by Jeff Williams with vocals by the one and only Casey Lee Williams.
