Grand Theft Auto Online Gunrunning (6)

Doomsday preppers rejoice! Rockstar Games have announced a new game mode called 'Gunrunning' for Grand Theft Auto. This new mode has players take up the mantle of gun traffickers ferrying various illegal items from place to place.

Dotted throughout Blaine County are hatches - look into these mysterious properties on the Maze Bank Foreclosure site and you’ll find sprawling underground headquarters for sale, ready to be stocked with new military grade vehicles and weapons manufacturing equipment capable of developing highly sought after offensive and defensive technologies.
Bunkers bought by players can be used as your headquarters just like the properties within Los Santos city limits. These large underground spaces are also tied to completely new weapon upgrades and research opportunities, making the bunkers way more attractive to players looking for a slightly safer place to hang their hat after a hard day's work as criminal masterminds.

What the Gunrunning mode is going to look like is a mystery at the time of writing this, but players can look forward to buying new and exclusive themed vehicles once the content update hits the live servers. Some of these vehicles are customized (or weaponized, as luck would have it) fan favorites like the Tampa and the new land/sea hybrid APC.

Stay tuned for more on Gunrunning, including specific business and research opportunities, details on the massive tactical, full-service Mobile Operation Centers complete with new weapon upgrades and deep customization, all new Weaponized Vehicles and more.
Grand Theft Auto Online is the online component to Grand Theft Auto V and a major reason why GTA V is still managing to top the sales charts in many countries in the west.

The Gunrunning update for Grand Theft Auto Online will be released at some point in June.

Quick Take

I'd be excited to learn more about this mode and the new bunkers. While there's already an abundance of choice in regards to player housing, having an underground bunker is definitely the cooler living option.

I've been playing games since I was just barely able to walk so I might as well write about them.
