EA Play this year continues its surprises with a brand new IP: A hero-shooter based entirely around rockets titled Rocket Arena. Final Strike Games dropped an energetic trailer showing off the gameplay for its multiplayer-only experience, including diverse playable heroes like steampunk dandies, pirates, and genius children.

In the broad strokes, Rocket Arena's matches will be 3-on-3. In addition to only using the titular explosives, the playable characters will also have Hero Shooter elements, including special abilities and small nuances to make them stand out from other characters.

Despite this being a brand new IP making its debut, First Strike Games announced a Battle Pass as well as multiple editions and pre-order DLC. While we don't know what the contents of the Battle Pass currently are, chances are it will follow the structure similarly used by other popular online games like Fortnite and Apex Legends.

As for the pre-order bonuses, it appears that in addition to being part of the EA Play subscription service, Rocket Arena will come in two different editions. The standard edition is just the base game with no add-ons, what you get is what you get. Then there is the Mythic Edition which will include exclusive cosmetic appearances for the different characters in the game as well as 1000 Rocket Fuel, which is most likely some form of currency used in the game's economy. Pre-order either of these editions now and as a bonus you will receive the Epic Roller Derby outfit for the tomboyish character, Rev.

As for how much any of these editions or add-ons will cost you, unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be any info there. The official pre-order page just has a simple Coming Soon message underneath whatever platform you have chosen. Hopefully, this information comes to us soon since Rocket Arena is slated to release July 14th.
