The village is getting rowdy.

Resident Evil Village is now on Humble Bundle and has seemingly confirmed its multiplayer mode with the stealth announcement of Resident Evil Re:Verse.

As it's still pretty early, there's not much to it right now. It was found on Twitter by an enterprising soul, which leads to Humble Bundle, where Resident Evil Village's description contains a few mentions of Resident Evil Re:Verse:

Experience survival horror like never before in the eighth major installment in the storied Resident Evil franchise - Resident Evil Village. Heighten all the pulse-pounding action with the addition of the Trauma Pack and Resident Evil Re:Verse.

Set a few years after the horrifying events in the critically acclaimed Resident Evil 7 biohazard, the all-new storyline begins with Ethan Winters and his wife Mia living peacefully in a new location, free from their past nightmares. Just as they are building their new life together, tragedy befalls them once again.

This pack includes the following content:
Resident Evil Village
• Resident Evil Re:Verse
• Trauma Pack

Perhaps most telling is the link they include, which is supposed to lead to the Re:Verse main site. Of course, there's nothing available for it now, suggesting that Humble Bundle jumped the gun a little bit. There's also a quote stating that depending on when the user purchases Resident Evil Village, Resident Evil Re:Verse may not be available, or it may come available "through other means in the future", which suggests that perhaps there's going to be a standalone release of Re:Verse.

For information on Resident Evil Village and Resident Evil Re:Verse, stay tuned to TechRaptor as we are expecting more later today during the Resident Evil Village stream. Both titles are expected to release sometime this year for Windows, Xbox Series S|X, and PlayStation 5.
