The second expansion for RAGE 2 has a launch dateRAGE 2: Terrormania will launch across all platforms on November 14th. You'll be able to download it from the in-game store or get a special upgrade with some extra content.

RAGE 2: Terrormania takes place in a twisted version of the wasteland called the Deadlands. A group of goons tear open a gateway to the Deadlands, so it's up to Walker to head in and shut the gate before the Deadlands' inhabitants manage to make it into the real world. Familiar locations like Wellspring and Overgrown City will get their very own spooky pun-filled alternate versions (Hellspring and Overbone City, of course), but there will also be new locations to explore.

Of course, it's not just new areas. RAGE 2: Terrormania also brings a host of new enemies to the game. Undead versions of familiar factions like the Immortal Shrouded, Abadon Muties, and River Hogs will all feature. There's also a brand new weapon, the Sword of Transitus, which is an ancient relic of unspeakable power but also "a really cool sword you can stab people with". Charging up the Sword of Transitus allows you to release an energy arc.

You'll be able to grab RAGE 2: Terrormania on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One starting November 14th. It'll cost you 500 RAGE Coins, which translates to $5 in real-world money. If you want to download the expansion from the in-game store, you will need to be online and signed into your Bethesda.Net account. Alternately, you can get the Digital Deluxe Upgrade, which will set you back $17.50. Here's what the Digital Deluxe Upgrade will include:

  • RAGE 2: TerrorMania expansion
  • Cult of the Death God mission
  • Reaper Assault Rifle weapon skin
  • Wasteland Celebrity Phoenix vehicle skin
  • Mutant Monster Truck vehicle skin
