With Halloween right around the corner, the spooky crossovers are also coming. One of the first for this year is a PUBG Dead by Daylight crossover, which, considering the latter's creepy vibe, should be a pretty spooky way to spend the season. Let's talk about it, shall we?
What should I expect from the PUBG Dead by Daylight crossover?
All we know right now is that the PUBG Dead by Daylight crossover definitely exists and it's coming later this month. We don't have too much more to go on than that, but you shouldn't have to wait too long for further information, because this is a Halloween crossover. Hopefully, you'll be playing this within the next week or two; it's only 28 days until Halloween, after all, so at least we've got that going for us, eh?

Previous PUBG crossovers have included Suicide Squad, which added Joker and Harley Quinn-themed skins. That seems like a reasonable expectation for the PUBG Dead by Daylight crossover, as there are plenty of characters that could be turned into PUBG skins. Another crossover had Resident Evil 2 colliding with PUBG Mobile, which added a new gameplay mode, zombies, and Bio-Organic Weapons (B.O.W.s) from Resident Evil 2.
There's also the chance that this crossover could release a limited-time mode in which you take on a 100-player version of Dead by Daylight in PUBG, or something else that's tied into the holiday. Maybe there'll be a mode that'll have you driving down a neighborhood street and kicking in pumpkins. 'Tis the season, after all. Right now, all we have to go on is the Twitter announcement, so this is all speculation until we're blessed with more information about this unholy union.
