Fallout 76's launch woes continue. Just today, we reported on several problems such as a power armor bug that makes you into a horrendous monster, among other things. PS4 users are now experiencing a bug that cuts off parts of the user interface.
Key elements of the Fallout 76 interface like portions of a quest counter or the bottom menu portion of the map are cut on a TV's screen. After adjusting the screen to several different settings, the problem still remains. So far though, this seems to be just a PS4 bug.

Reddit user Lone-_-Wanderer reported the same issue a few days ago. This bug was apparently present in the beta version of Fallout 76 as well. Some users on the Reddit thread said changing the TV Screen resolution fixed the problem, but others commented saying there wasn't an in-game fix. Lone-_-Wanderer added that using the Scan to Fit option in the PS4 settings would fix the issue.
At present Fallout 76 doesn't offer the option to adjust the borders of the game at the start.
This isn't the first time parts of the HUD on PS4 titles have been cut. In November 2016, users reported that Final Fantasy XV was experiencing the same problem. Square Enix did later patch the game to fix the issue, so users experiencing the problem do have reasons to hope that it might be patched in Fallout 76 as well.
We have reached out to Bethesda for comment on this issue and will update as we find out more.
