Illfonic, The team behind Predator: Hunting Grounds, has just revealed its latest update, and it will include crossplay with friends.
This is the latest in a line of free monthly updates that have been released since its release in April, making this the fourth update (it started updating in May) for the title.
The 2.0 patch will update on August 21, which will include the quality of life bug fixes and the aforementioned "highly-requested" crossplay with friends.
Free loot includes the Classic Combstick and the Wrist Launcher from the City Hunter content as it's now available to everyone, and there is also a large Fireteam Supply Drop that includes the OWLF Assault Rifle, the Anti-Cloaking Grenade, the UAV Scanner, and the Self Revive Syrette. Other included things are the Field Locker Update with three new Predator masks to collect, a new Fireteam Ballistic mask, and and new tints and shaders.
There is also a new map and mode that will be dropping in the September update, and they are part of the free version of the update, and are not going to be paid DLC:
We think the community will really enjoy both, and we have more up our sleeves after these updates – so always come back to the forums and our social channels for updates. We will share all that we can as soon as we can!
There'll be more information available next week on August's paid DLC. For more information, be sure to stay tuned to TechRaptor.
