Today, the Pokémon fan website Serebii posted scans of leaked images from this month's CoroCoro magazine. These images display new Pokémon that will debut in the upcoming Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon games, and also display more Alolan forms, which debuted last week. The names of the new Pokémon featured in this article are the Japanese names; at the time of writing this article, English names have not been made available.
The two Pokémon that have been confirmed to receive Alolan forms are Marowak and Meowth; presumably, Cubone (Marowak's pre-evolutionary form) and Persian (Meowth's evolution) will also have Alolan forms, but the scanned images don't mention either Pokémon. According to the images, Alolan Meowth is a Dark-type, and Alolan Marowak is a Fire/Ghost-type. The image also displays Alolan Exeggutor, which was revealed last week.
A number of new Pokémon were also revealed in these leaks. Bewear, the Normal/Fighting-typed bear Pokémon that was revealed last month, is shown to have a pre-evolutionary form called Nuikoguma. Nuikoguma is also a Normal/Fighting-typed Pokémon like Bewear, and presumably has similar abilities as its evolved form.
Fitting in with the tropical Hawaiian-theme of Alola come two sandcastle Pokémon; Sunabaa, and its evolved form Sunadeshiro, both of which have the typing of Ghost/Ground.
The final Pokémon revealed for Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon is the Water-typed Fish called Yowashi, which has two different forms; the smaller, top-most form is called the "Solo Form", and the larger, bottom-most form is called the "Swarm Form". It's unclear at this time what triggers the change between forms for Yowashi.
The final pieces of information from these scans concerns the villainous team for the new games. Team Skull, led by Guzuma (the man with the white hair) and aided by Burumeri (the girl with the pink and yellow hair), will be the organization that the player fights against throughout the games. There is also confirmation that Rockruff, which was confirmed earlier last month, will be receiving a "Secret Evolution", the details of which will be available in next months edition of CoroCoro.
