Pokemon GO

If you've ever wanted Pokemon Go Daily Adventure Incense, you just got it in the latest update to the long-running Pokemon phone title. It means that players will be able to spot Pokemon not frequently seen in the wild, which is great for Pokemon collectors. While it may a basic addition to the game, it's definitely a win for Niantic, which has been pretty desperate for one recently.

It's important to note that the Incense isn't live for everyone yet, since it's being rolled out to players worldwide over the next week, but for some lucky folks it's live right now. Let's get into it, shall we?

What's up with the Pokemon Go Daily Adventure Incense?

If you want to add some rare Pokemon to your roster, the Pokemon Go Daily Adventure Incense will help you achieve your goals. Sadly, it's not an infinite resource, as players will only receive one Daily Adventure Incense per day and can only hold one at a time. So if you have it, you need to use it ASAP.

It will also only last 15 minutes at a time, so make sure you're ready for to fight some rare Pokemon once the Incense is enabled. Be sure to use it before 11:44 PM each day if you want to get the most out of the Incense. For those who don't have Poke Balls, don't worry, because players will also receive 30 Poke Balls if they have a Daily Incense, even if they don't have any otherwise.

As for how to activate your Daily Adventure Incense, players will have to find the Incense in their Item Bag or tap the icon in the upper right hand corner of their in-game map. Once done, players will need to swipe on the Incense to use it. A blue fog will then surround the player's avatar while the Incense is active. After it's used, the Incense will be removed from the Item Bag until the next day.

Which rare Pokemon can I capture with the Pokemon Go Daily Adventure Incense?

Some helpful redditors have discovered what Pokemon you can capture once you have the Incense enabled. Interestingly, Legendary Pokemon like Galar Articuno, Galar Zapdos, and Galar Moltres can actually be caught. Their capture rate is only at a measly 0.3% and they have a flee rate of 90%, but if you're lucky enough you might soon own a Galar legendary bird. Keep in mind that Legendaries from raids have a base capture rate of 2%, which may help tip the tides of luck in your favor.

There are also some rare spawns like Gengar, Alakazam, Houndoom, Galarian Slowpoke, and many others that may appear. Pokemon that were previously only raid or egg exclusive such as Espurr, Vullaby, and Rockruff may appear with the Incense enabled, so if you were hankering for that rare Rockruff, now's your chance.
