The Path of Exile PS4 release date is coming in late March 2019. There's some more good news regarding the release of Grinding Gear Games' action RPG. The Synthesis expansion comes as part of the deal.

Path of Exile is an action RPG from the time before Diablo III. New Zealand-based company Grinding Gear Games wanted to take the gameplay experience of Diablo II and expand it on for a core audience that loved this style of game. Some of the players may have felt that Blizzard Entertainment dragged their feet on a sequel. (More than a decade passed between the launch of Diablo II: Lord of Destruction and Diablo III.) The game had seen some success on the PC for the last few years, and now we have the Path of Exile PS4 release date thanks to a tweet from the game's official Twitter account: March 26, 2019.

The PlayStation 4 version of the game was originally supposed to launch in early March but was unfortunately delayed. It will have the newest content available, namely in the form of the Synthesis expansion. The expansion features a whole bunch of new content, namely in the exploration of the lost memories of Cavas. As one might expect, this expansion also includes a number of balance changes for the game like a rebalance of the spellcasting system and six new Chaos and Holy spells.

You'll be able to play this game pretty soon: the Path of Exile PS4 release date is March 26, 2019. You'll be able to pick it up as a free-to-play title via the PlayStation Store.
