The Oxygen Not Included Re-Rocketry update has arrived, bringing some cool new rocket parts to the game along with

Oxygen Not Included is a space colony simulation game created by Klei Entertainment, the same folks who created Don't Starve a ways back. It successfully completed its Steam Early Access period and the developers have since been hard at work creating new content — let's check out what they've cooked up this time!

What's New in the Oxygen Not Included Re-Rocketry Update?

The big-ticket item in the Oxygen Not Included Re-Rocketry update is the reworking of some existing content — a number of engines and storage modules from the base game have been ported over to the new rocketry system that was introduced as part of the Spaced Out! DLC. Klei has also introduced a new, smaller petroleum engine for players to use and rocket modules have gotten a balance pass.

The game's "Oxygen Mask" system has also been reworked; these devices now work more like standard Atmo Suits. Players should keep an eye open for lockers and checkpoints as usual to prevent the whole "dying a horrible death from suffocation" thing.

These two items are the major highlights, but the list of changes in this patch is very long indeed; you can read about all of the new stuff in the Oxygen Not Included Re-Rocketry update patch notes.

This new update adds some pretty cool stuff to the game! You can experience it yourself by buying Oxygen Not Included for PC on Steam or the Epic Games Store for $24.99 or your regional equivalent. You'll also need to buy the Spaced Out! DLC for $12.99 to enjoy some of this new content.
