During today's Summer Game Fest July Developer Showcase, a collection of the first two Overcooked! games for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X was announced. Overcooked! All You Can Eat collects the content from the first two games, along with all new content in a remastered package.

A number of new features are coming to Overcooked! All You Can Eat. Content from the first game has been remastered to run in the Overcooked! 2 engine, and the collection will support online multiplayer. You'll also be able to play with friends across platforms, as cross-play is supported between PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. You can check out the announcement trailer for Overcooked! All You Can Eat right here:

Team17 says the new version of Overcooked! and Overcooked! 2 will feature over 200 levels of "culinary chaos". Overcooked! All You Can Eat will sport 7 new levels and 3 new chefs, as well as remastered gameplay that will run in 4K at 60 FPS on the PS5 and Xbox Series X. The games will also have faster loading times, as well as new achievements and trophies to hunt for. The devs have also introduced new accessibility options - including a scaleable UI and color blindness options - and a brand-new assist mode.

All in all, it's looking like there are plenty of reasons to check out Overcooked! All You Can Eat, even if you've already played the originals to death. Team17 says it'll have more to share in the future, so stay glued to the official website for more news.
