October's lineup of games and loot for Prime Gaming subscribers has been revealed. With Halloween around the corner, you'll be pleased to learn at least one of this month's offerings is spooky in the extreme. Let's take a look at what's on offer.
October Prime Gaming Lineup - Games
Five new games are being added to the Prime Gaming (formerly known as Twitch Prime) lineup starting from October 1st. You'll be able to explore abandoned spooky houses in first-person horror adventures Layers of Fear and Silver Chains. Prefer a more hands-off approach? Perhaps zombie survival sim Dead Age would appeal to you more. If you prefer to leave the spooky life behind entirely, then try the trick-laden Surf World Series or give brawler Jay and Silent Bob: Mall Brawl a shot. You've also still got time to claim your Origin copy of 3v3 multiplayer extravaganza Rocket Arena, which comes at no extra cost for Prime Gaming subscribers until October 10th.
All five of these games - plus Rocket Arena - are available to Prime Gaming subscribers without having to pay a penny on top of the subscription cost. They join a library that also includes a bumper crop of old-school SNK games like The King of Fighters, Samurai Shodown, and Fatal Fury. Plenty there to sink your teeth into if you're a gamer with no backlog (and if that's you, I envy you wholeheartedly). Here are October's games again:

Of course, it wouldn't be a Prime Gaming lineup without a veritable smorgasbord of in-game loot. Here's everything that will be on offer to Prime subscribers at no extra cost this October:
- League of Legends - three additional skin shards (now, October 8th, and October 19th)
- Red Dead Online - a Role Outfit, Accessory, or Emote of your choice, plus 6000 Club XP and more (now)
- Valorant - Netter Tretter gun buddy (now), more content coming October 19th
- RuneScape & Old School RuneScape - 7-day membership (now)
- Last Day On Earth: Survival - new skins, caps, armor, and weapons (October 1st, October 8th, October 15th, and October 22nd)
- Roblox - Wyrm Skeleton Backpack (available October 12th)
- MLB Tap Sports Baseball - bonus player boxes, pennants, and more (now, October 7th, October 14th, October 21st)
- Epic Seven - 20 Leifs and a Level 85 Epic Equipment Set (October 7th, October 21st)
- Big Farm: Mobile Harvest - exclusive profile picture (October 5th)
- Yahtzee with Buddies - 3 Survivor free passes (October 15th)
