Mike Rose's No More Robots has quickly become one of the more identifiable and quirky indie publishers with titles like the Brexit game Not Tonight, 90s internet simulator Hypnospace Outlaw, downhill biking title Descenders and more. Raking in over 350% more in their second year, it was a successful year as they made over $2million in revenue and helped launch those titles to be cult hits, especially Descenders which now has over 600k players.

Where do you go from there? Well, you might say that its time to switch things up. As part of their second anniversary celebration, No More Robots has announced that two of their hit titles to the Nintendo Switch. Yesterday, they announced Not Tonight and its DLC One Love will hit Nintendo's platform in the new Not Tonight: Take Back Control Edition in the next few months and will be their first Switch release. If you don't know the game, Not Tonight has you taking on the role of a bouncer in a post-Brexit Britain where an extreme far-right government has taken power. You work the gig economy, finding different jobs and checking ID and other information as you choose how you will survive in this hostile climate, somewhat similar to Papers, Please. It was released on Steam last year.

Following that up, Descenders Switch port will plunge downhill at the end of 2019, bringing the extreme biking action to the Nintendo System. Descenders left early access on PC back in May and was previously released on Xbox One. In Descenders, you play in a procedurally generated world taking on different jumps and tracks each time using freestyle bike controls and mutators to get as far as you can to earn rep and upgrade your bike, and eventually become one of the legendary descenders.

This is all into the leadup of the Nowhere Prophet release tomorrow. The dustpunk roguelite tactical card game looks great and we had a chance to talk with the developer about the mechanics and how they developed them. Stay tuned for our review tomorrow as well!
