Yoshi's Crafted World, the spiritual sequel to Yoshi's Woolly World, got a brand new trailer on tonight's Nintendo Direct. The charming 2D platformer will be releasing on Nintendo Switch March 29 with a demo out now.
We learned about the release date for Yoshi's Crafted World back in January after learning about a delay. When Baby Bowser and Kamek attempt to steal a gem-set stone that's said to grant wishes, they wind up sending the stone's gems flying. Now it's up to Yoshi and his friends to find them! Players will be exploring a vibrant world made up of various household items and art supplies. Yoshi has a variety of moves, including gulping down enemies, jumping high into the air, and riding a variety of vehicles, including a large robot. He'll need all those moves in order to take on some big bosses.
As well as being able to collect Poochy's pups, players can unlock special costumes for Yoshi. The cute dinosaur can dress up as a Nintendo Labo, a box of apple juice, and over 180 more! They provide extra protection, but their true purpose is to make Yoshi look cuter.
Can't wait to play Yoshi's Crafted World? You don't have to! Nintendo has released a demo for the game tonight, which covers the first course of the game.
Yoshi's Crafted World promises a darn good time when it releases March 29.
