A New World roadmap has been revealed, detailing the content that players of Amazon Games' MMORPG can expect over the next several months including new expeditions, new events, and more.
Thus far, New World has already had its first major update and its first major event alongside an absolute boatload of bugfixes. Now that things have settled down, the devs at Amazon Games have focused on adding new content -- most recently with the reveal of the new Blunderbuss weapon and new story content. Now, a new roadmap has been revealed that breaks down the content coming over the next several months.
Here's what's been detailed in the New World roadmap (via Reddit) shown in the image above:
New World Roadmap for March 2022
New Mutators, Quests, Encounters, Ongoing Improvements, Balance Tuning[,] and Bug Fixing
Each season will see at least one new Expedition making its debut. Summer will see the launch of a new event, and two new events will arrive in Autumn.
New features are coming to the game, too. PVP is getting some new useful features in Spring. PVE-focused players will be happy to hear that it will be easier to find groups for Expeditions this Summer with the introduction of the (rather appropriately-named) Expedition Group Finder.
Critically, it should be noted that the New World roadmap for March 2022 only details some of the major features. A ton of other changes, bugfixes, and other ongoing improvements will be launched in the coming months. You can enjoy all of this new upcoming content and more by buying New World for PC via Steam starting at the price of $39.99 or your regional equivalent.
