Today Sony Interactive Entertainment announced that it will air a new PlayStation State of Play broadcast later this week.

To be precise, the livestream will happen on PlayStation's YouTube and Twitch channels on Thursday, March 23 at 1:00 pm PST, 4:00 pm EST, 9:00 pm GMT, or 10:00 pm CET depending on where you live.

Here's what we can expect.

  • Five new PS VR2 titles from partners
  • Hot indie and third-party reveals
  • An extended look at Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League

Specifically, according to the announcement, the PlayStation VR2 games are all set to release later this year, while the extended look at Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League will be 15 minutes long.

Below you can take a look at a glimpse posted on Twitter.

If you're unfamiliar with Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, it's coming on May 26, 2023, for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

It's Rocksteady Studios' next game based on the universe of DC Comics following the super-popular Batman Arkham series that ended with Batman: Arkham VR in 2016. A long time has passed since, and it'll be interesting to see if the developers still have the superhero touch that made their Batman games so well-loved among the fans.
