Anyone who is a PC gamer knows that League of Legends is an immensely popular MOBA, and for good reason.  Riot is creative, and very few of their champions, if any, feel like a copy/paste of an older champion.  Hell in many situations the new champions feel like a completely new experience with unique game play and skill kits.  Rek'Sai, the Void Burrower, and queen of the Xer'Sai, enters the fray.  In my opinion, she doesn't disappoint.

Rek'Sai has a kit and play style that is in a league of it's own, and seems to have a very high skill cap.  Players must toggle between being burrowed, un-burrowed, and try to leave intricate tunneling systems to gain the upper hand when it comes to ganking, jungling, or even back dooring the enemy base.  Rek'Sai's kit can be viewed by visiting the League of Legends website here: Rek'Sai Reveal

If you'd like to see all of the math and more detailed information about her abilities, check out her LoL Wiki here: Rek'Sai LoL Wiki

Riot likes to swing for the fences when releasing new champions, mixing existing champion abilities or types of abilities, with new mechanics and play styles.  I think this champion is a home run.  The burrowing mechanics are spot on, and the varying skills between being burrowed and unburrowed create an interesting synergy and give Rek'Sai the potential for a role that is all her own.  Sure, Rek'Sai seems to be a jungle-centric champion, but in ways she contains her own versions of wards, and the combination of her burrowed Tremor sensing, prey seeker ability, and tunnel ability make her second to none for counter jungling.  On another note, her tunnels, increased speed while burrowed, unburrowing knock up, and her ultimate ability, Void Rush, make her an excellent ganker.  It's obvious what Riot was going for with Rek'Sai, highly mobile, decent attack damage, pseudo-support, jungler.

Of course you could also break the meta and make Rek'Sai a somewhat tanky engage champion, which is what I may do as I like running my champs tankier.  Her kit looks as if it would synergize fairly well with that role as well given her mobility, regen while burrowed, short cool downs, and crowd control with her unburrowing.
