Today Sega revealed a new trailer of the upcoming historical action game Like a Dragon: Ishin!
The trailer, which focuses fully on cinematics, provides a look at the story and the hot-blooded characters populating it. It's really epic, especially if you like the setting and love the Yakuza series.
While the game is set within actual historical events, it takes quite a few liberties in creating its own original story, and having played the original, I know fans are in for a real treat.

Like a Dragon: Ishin! releases on February 21, 2023 for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC. If you'd like to know more, you can read our hands-on preview.
In case you missed the news, this is not exactly the same game titled Ryu Ga Gotoku: Ishin! that launched exclusively on the Japanese market in 2014 for PS3 and PS4. It's actually a substantial remake similar to the Yakuza Kiwami games. In fact, the Japanese version is titled "Ryu ga Gotoku Ishin! Kiwami."
If you want to see more, you can enjoy video interviews with the voice actors that were cast for the remake in order to bring back the likeness of several popular characters from Yakuza 0, playing Takeda Kanryusai, Ito Kashitaro, and Takechi Hanpeita. We also saw a trailer about the title's many minigames, another about the "Another Life" feature, and one showcasing the cameos featuring wrestler Kenny Omega and actor Rahul Kohli.
