It's time to chase Legend status, as 2K Games has spilled the beans on all of the new features headed our way with NBA 2k23 season 4.
Legendary GOAT all-star from the Chicago Bulls, Zach LaVine, is finally slam-dunking his way into 2k23 as season 4's "featured Hero". With his insane skills and awe-inspiring slam dunks, it's no wonder he was chosen as the all-star for players to obtain in the upcoming season. On top of the new player being added to the roster, there is a new game mode being added to new-gen consoles that was announced with the previous update; Eras Quick Play. Once season 4 beings, players will be able to dive into the Quick Play that features three of the most historical eras in NBA history. Once you choose one of the three Eras, Magic vs. Bird, Jordan, or Kobe, you will be able to play on a legendary team such as Iverson’s Sixers or even the Showtime Lakers.
MyCareer will also be getting new rewards for players to earn as they continue to chase down Legendary status. The level 40 reward is said to be the most "futuristic and innovative mode of fast travel yet". Players who reach the max level tier will receive their very own remote-controlled drone with warping abilities. Use the drone to travel around The City and fast travel through time and space to be transported to your location of choice. That is not the only nifty reward you can receive as you make your way through the tiers, as you will be able to earn SciFi Armor, a Pilot Helmet, and several new animations as you try to reach level 40.
There is plenty more content coming with NBA 2k23 season 4, including a new international event, expanded events, MyTeam updates, and new objectives to complete.
