A new Solasta: Crown of the Magister DLC pack is on the way, and we've now got a release date for it. Inner Strength will add three new classes, bringing the game's total up to twelve, as well as a new ancestry. It's arriving alongside a free update that will add new backgrounds, feats, and more.

What's in this new Solasta: Crown of the Magister DLC?

The last DLC pack, Lost Valley, brought with it new campaign content and more subclasses. Inner Strength, the latest Solasta: Crown of the Magister DLC, isn't quite as seismic as its predecessor, but it is adding three entirely new classes: the Monk, the Bard, and the Warlock. That means you're also getting nine new subclasses, with three additional subclasses if you own Lost Valley.

That's not all, though. You're also getting the Dragonborn Ancestry, which will come with its own bonuses and extras. We're going to have to wait a little longer to find out what those are, though. Inner Strength launches on November 14th, so be sure to add it to your wishlist if you want to check it out when it's released.

What about this free Solasta: Crown of the Magister update?

As well as the DLC, there's also a free Solasta: Crown of the Magister update coming for all players, regardless of whether or not you buy Inner Strength. The update adds new Ascetic, Artist, and Occultist backgrounds, although they don't have a quest in the main campaign for the game.

You're also getting 17 brand new feats to "give our martial classes some more love", according to developer Tactical Adventures. The new update is adding PC gamepad support at long last, and the Dungeon Maker is getting boss monsters, which you should use "at your own risk and peril". Sounds like fun!
