Today Capcom hosted a livestream to reveal the content of the upcoming free Title Update 4 for Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak.
We start by taking a look at a trailer of the update, which also lists the contents and shows off some of the monsters we'll be able to fight and some of the rewards we'll earn. We also learn that the update will release on February 7.
The update will include the elder dragon Velkhana and the Risen Chrimson Glow Valstrax, which will be available to hunt at Master Rank 10 and 160 respectively. We're also getting an update to the Anomaly Research Lab (including risen elder dragons) and event quests.
Capcom is also releasing plenty of new paid DLC including layered armor from the Hunting Guide, gestures, poses, makeup, music, new hunter voices, and more. If you want to see more, you can take a look at the full livestream.
Below you can check out the upcoming roadmap, which doesn't really reveal much besides the fact that the free Title Update 5 will release in April and will include another returning elder dragon and a powered-up monster.
Monster Hunter Rise is currently available for PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. The expansion Sunbreak is available for PC and Switch and will launch on PlayStation and Xbox consoles this spring.
