Microsoft started the Gamescom 2015 conference with a blast, showing for the first time ever gameplay footage from Quantum Break their latest exclusive Xbox One franchise.

The game plays on a third person visual. Our hero will be able to use weapons and, of course, a lot of time bending abilities. He'll be able to create time bubbles where the time stops for his enemies, or even create blasts. He can also move very fast, while he's actually slowing time for everyone else.

A second footage clip, shows our hero fighting against some enemies that hold equipment that gives them the same powers, leveling the playing ground.

Then we see the main character using his powers to reconstruct past events, all in order to stop the ending of time.

Quantum Break will be heavily centered on the storyline and will be sided with a TV show that will follow the stories of the villains of the game.

Quantum Break will be released exclusively for Xbox One on April 5th of 2016
