Third-party developers have shared news about upcoming Microsoft Flight Simulator add-ons, including both aircraft and airports.
We start with new screenshots of the upcoming Short 330, which will be released alongside the Short 360 by Blackbox Simulation, which obviously enjoys making interestingly-shaped aircraft, considering that they have released the Islander and Trislander.
Next, we move on to airports. with Airworthy Designs getting closer to releasing the famous Gustaf III Airport (TFFJ) serving the Caribbean island of Saint Barthélemy. It's known for its challenging approach to runway 10 that has aircraft flying directly over an elevated road, classifying it as one of the most dangerous in the world.
The airport has entered its beta testing phase and is said to be on "short final." Here's what you can expect from it when it launches and a screenshot.
- The whole island modeled
- Full terminal interiors
- Dynamic Animations
- Animated Traffic
- Airport features 2022 real world changes
Last, but not least, NetDesign released new screenshots of its upcoming Aguenar – Hadj Bey Akhamok Airport (DAAT) serving Tamanrasset in Algeria.
Release should be quite close since the developer has mentioned that work on the airport is complete.
