Third-party developers shared new screenshots of several airports in the works for Microsoft Flight Simulator, from large hubs to small airfields.
We start with the largest, as MSK Productions showcased its rendition of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (VABB) serving Mumbai in India. Recently, they added animated trains, shanty houses around the airfield, Small bridges around the river, and some more details to the river.
Of course, there is still a lot of work to do before this is finished.
FS Formosa Project released new images of Penghu Airport (RCQC) in the country of Taiwan, showing off the terminal, tower, and new vehicle models. It's a very relevant airport serving the Penghu islands and connecting them with the rest of the country, of which it's the fifth-busiest. It also serves as a critical base of the Republic of China Air Force due to its position.
Next, Aerosoft and its partner developer Aviation-Sim-Design showcased more images of Norden-Norddeich Airfield (EDWS) in Lower Saxony, Germany, serving as a base for the Britten-Norman Islander aircraft of FLN Frisia Luftverkehr for its connections with the East Frisian Islands
Lastly, we stay in Northern Europe with SimNord, which released new screenshots of Sindal Airport (EKSN) in Denmark, a small local airport dedicated exclusively to general aviation. The airport is complete and has been sent to Microsoft for testing and release on the official marketplace. No date has been announced for the moment.
