Third-party developers had some really interesting reveals to share today about upcoming Microsoft Flight Simulator add-ons.
We start with FlyByWire's upcoming freeware Airbus A380, which was showcased in great detail during the last episode of the Blu-XPerience podcast.
Focusing mostly on the incredibly detailed flight deck of the aircraft, the developers show us around the office of the majestic airliner for a whole two hours. I suggest grabbing some coffee and a comfortable chair, and setting two hours aside, because it's absolutely worth it.
We stay in the realm of freeware aircraft, as Synaptic Simulations released a teaser for the next development livestream of their free A22X Airbus A220.
The livestream promises an "eventful, progress-filled stream" showing the progress made on the aircraft in the past few months on April 22, 2023. The stream will happen on YouTube and the hour will be announced at a later date.
Last, but not least, we move on to payware scenery. Gaya Simulation showcased the models for the authentic Austrian houses built for the upcoming Innsbruck Airport (LOWI), which apparently will include the surrounding "region."
Microsoft Flight Simulator is currently available for PC, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox Cloud Gaming, including Game Pass.
