Rukari Austin, Community Manager for killer Instinct, took to the stage to thank all the players and announce the new character for Killer Instinct, General RAAM. In the trailer they showed what General RAAM will look like and gave a tease of how he will play. The trailer gives the impression of a heavy aggressive character who will be charging forward and advancing on his opponent.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XzrjBID4bHU General RAAM was the main antagonist in the first Gears of War. With Microsoft releasing a new Gears of War this year, it makes sense they would want to add one of the characters from the franchise into Killer Instinct.
KI season 3 will also be part of Microsoft's Play Anywhere. Meaning if you have it on Xbox One you can also play it on Windows 10.
