Publisher and developer Deep Silver has teamed up with Blacknut, a cloud gaming service that now hosts over 400 'premium' games. These games include Metro 2033 Redux, Saints Row IV: Re-elected and Saints Row: Gat out of Hell among others.

“We believe that a cloud gaming service is only as good as the games it offers, which is why we’re excited to be able to make several of Deep Silver’s most iconic games available to Blacknut subscribers,” said Nabil Laredj, Director, Business Development & Licensing at Blacknut. “Games like Metro 2033 Redux and Saints Row are familiar to millions of gamers, and we want to bring them to millions more thanks to the ease and convenience of cloud gaming.”

Blacknut is a cloud gaming service that works on 6Mb/s and 4G connections. Online saves are available, and players also do not need to buy or install games. They subscribe for $9.99 a month (with a half-off first month offer available) and play. To play, a wireless Xbox One controller must be used, and once that's done they're off to the cloud races.

There are over 60 developers on the Blacknut cloud service, and this includes Gamelorft, Square Enix, Focus Home Interactive, and Curve Digital along with the just-added Deep Silver titles. The platform was launched in 2018 and if you would like to check out the website and make up your own mind, be sure to go here and peruse their game collection.

What do you think of this news? Does Blacknut interest you? Are you interested in cloud gaming at all? Could you see yourself becoming interested in the future? Let us know in the comments!
