Update (February 11, 2022 - 5:25 PM ET) - The Lost Ark launch time delay has been resolved and the game should be going live right now.
"All deployment issues have been resolved," read a tweet from the game's official account. "Our new launch timing is 2:15 pm PT / 10:15 PM UTC."
"Thank you for your patience as we work out these final steps. We look forward to seeing you in Arkesia!"
It seems that Smilegate and Amazon Games have resolved the technical issues with the game's launch. It should be going live as of 5:15 PM Eastern Time.
Update (February 11, 2022 - 4:07 PM ET) - The Lost Ark launch time delay has not yet been resolved, but the devs will be compensating players who log in during launch with a free buff as thanks.
"While working to resolve these issues, we will add 3 days of Crystalline Aura to all players who log in to the game between launch and 9 AM PT [5 PM UTC] on 2/13 as a small thank you," read a tweet on the game's official account.

The Lost Ark launch time has been delayed, pushing back the public free-to-play release of Smilegate and Amazon Games' MMOARPG.
Lost Ark has proven to be immensely popular during its three-day head start for people who purchased Founder's Packs, racking up a player count in excess of 500,000 on its first day. Another metric of success is its sales: a total of 1.5 million Founder's Packs have been sold to date.
This MMO action RPG from Smilegate and Amazon Games is shaping up to be the hot February release. Heck, they've even had to halt character creation on a few servers due to the massive influx of pre-launch players. Now, however, it looks like the wider public free-to-play launch has been pushed back by a few hours.

When is the Lost Ark Launch Time?
The Lost Ark launch time is now February 11, 2022, at 5:15 PM ET. The delayed launch time was announced after unspecified technical issues forced Smilegate and Amazon Games to hold off on launching the public free-to-play version of the game.

The game was originally intended to launch at 12:00 PM Eastern. No explanation has been given for the delay, although it's probably wasn't an easy fix if it took a few hours to get everything in working order. You can now play Lost Ark for free on PC via Steam.
