We all know that Lindsay Lohan is no stranger to a courtroom, but this time around she won’t be the defendant.

According to TMZ, Lohan wishes to sue Rockstar Games as she believes that the developer used her images in Grand Theft Auto V without her consent. The actress has now involved her lawyers in this accusation, and per the TMZ report, her legal team is in the process of crafting a lawsuit insisting that Rockstar Games pays out a hefty sum of money.

As of now, it is unclear what images Lohan may claim are a representation of her. There is speculation, however, that a mission in GTA V where players have to take home a woman in an attempt to escape paparazzi may prompt the actress to claim that the woman is a depiction of her.

Another possible portrayal could stem from an assignment that surrounds a hotel which resembles the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood (a place where the actress once lived) in which players are tasked with photographing a character that may look similar to her.

It’s still too early to tell if this claim will actually make it into a courtroom and result in an attractive payout or whether Lohan’s imagination is playing tricks on her eyes.
