If you miss playing as Kazuma Kiryu in the Yakuza/Like a Dragon series, you'll actually be able to in Like a Dragon: Ishin!.
The game's protagonist, Ryoma Sakamoto, has the likeness of the series' traditional hero, but what if you want to actually play as Kazuma Kiryu, snazzy suit, snakeskin loafers, and all? You actually can via the "Dragon of Dojima" DLC, which applies a dedicated skin to the character.
The DLC is available via the Digital Deluxe Edition, which also gives you a three-day early access starting on February 17.
If you want to see what the DLC looks like, today Sega released a trailer showing just that. Incidentally, Kazuma Kiryu will actually return in Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man who Erased his Name later this year, revealing what happened to him after the events of Yakuza 6: the Song of Life. The game will serve as a prelude to Like a Dragon 8, which will rejoin the storylines and have two protagonists alongside Yakuza: Like a Dragon hero Ichiban Kasuga.

In case you missed the news, this is not exactly the same game titled Ryu Ga Gotoku: Ishin! that launched exclusively on the Japanese market in 2014 for PS3 and PS4. It's actually a substantial remake similar to the Yakuza Kiwami games. In fact, the Japanese version is titled "Ryu ga Gotoku Ishin! Kiwami."
If you want to see more, you can enjoy video interviews with the voice actors that were cast for the remake in order to bring back the likeness of several popular characters from Yakuza 0, playing Takeda Kanryusai, Ito Kashitaro, and Takechi Hanpeita. We also saw a trailer about the title's many minigames and another about the "Another Life" feature.
