LEGO Dimensions Adds 5 New Expansions

LEGO Dimensions has just released a handful of new expansion packs based on some big franchises. Across Ghostbusters, DC Comics, Doctor Who, Back to the Future, and LEGO Ninjago a variety of different packs have been added giving some new levels or just new characters to play as. These are the wave 3 level packs, team packs and fun packs. Anything that you get in any of these packs is usable across the full game of LEGO Dimensions and expansions pack characters will unlock corresponding Adventure Worlds of the same brand.

In the Ghostbusters level pack you will get a missions where you have to fight Gozer and save New York City. You will get in this pack Peter Venkman minifigure, proton pack, Ecto-1, and Ghost Trap. These figures can even be rebuilt with the Ecto-1 turning into the Ecto-1 Blaster or Ecto-1 Warer Diver. The Ghost Trap can also be changed into a stun 'n' trap and proton zapper.

The DC Comics Fun Pack gives you the Joker and Harley Quinn to wreak havoc through the many worlds. You will also get their vehicles as you can ride through the streets on The Joker's Chopper or the Quinn-mobile. In the Doctor Who Cyberman Fun Pack you get a Cyberman and a Dalek that can also be turned into a Fire 'n' Ride Dalek and Silver Shooter Dalek. Back to the Future Doc Brown Fun Pack brings you Doc Brown and his time traveling train that can turn into a flying time machine and a missile blast time train. The final fun pack is the Sensei Wu fun pack for LEGO Ninjago. This pack will give you a Sensei WU minifigure and a Flying White Dragon that can become a Golden Fire Dragon or aan Ultra Destruction Dragon.

Each of these different characters has a variety of different moves that you will be able to use to solve puzzles and make your way through all of the dimensions. LEGO Dimensions is available on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and the WiiU.
