Naughty Dog has shown a new video preview of the upcoming The Last of Us single player story DLC, and it's titled The Last of Us: Left Behind.
Update:
A blog post written by Naughty Dog's Arne Meyer explains more about the upcoming DLC, which will be available in early 2014 and priced at $14.99.
Here's what Meyer had to say about the DLC.
In just a few short months since the release of The Last of Us, you have made it clear that Ellie has become one of your favorite characters in games. Today, we’re excited to confirm that you play as Ellie throughout the entirety of Left Behind.Joining Ellie on this new adventure is Riley, her best friend and also a mentor of sorts at the military boarding school. Just as The Last of Us focused on the bond between Ellie and Joel, Left Behind explores the bond between Ellie and Riley through a series of events that will forever change both of their lives.
Original Story:
While it's not clear as to what exactly it is about, a young girl calls for Ellie while staring down what looks to be a carnival attraction. While it hasn't been confirmed, it's likely that the girl in the video is Riley, the friend who was bitten alongside Ellie, while sneaking through a mall.
