Rogue Games and Polish developer Plot Twist released a new trailer of their upcoming Metroidvania game The Last Case of Benedict Fox.
This time around, we get to take a look at the combat gameplay of the game, which appears to be very intriguing, as it's very deliberate and tactical, requiring planning as well as situational awareness. The pace is definitely different from what you'd expect from most side-scrolling action games or Metroidvanias, which gives this game a rather unique look and feel.
We, also get to see how you have to explore areas called "Twilight Zone" while using a torch to avoid getting overwhelmed.

The Last Case of Benedict Fox will release on April 27 on PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, and on Xbox Series X|S. If you'd like to see more, you can check out the previous trailer.
If you're unfamiliar with Plot Twist, they are based in Kraków, Poland, and they previously released Drift Zone Arcade (for which they're working on a sequel) and Tacticool Champs.
