Its time for Jurassic World Evolution to evolve a little more. A new DLC has released for the game that allows you to get three more dinosaurs, along with a free update that provides some more content for the game's sandbox mode.
The DLC is titled the Herbivore Dinosaur Pack, and it contains three new dinosaurs to raise in the game. You can get the speedy dryosaurus, which has a big ol' tail that helps it run, not much unlike what a cheetah's tail does. You can also get homalocephale, which are tiny dinosaurs that have super thick skulls which allows them to headbutt everything and everyone. Finally, you can get nigersaurus, which are sort of like brontosaurus but smaller and with weird looking mouths that work like vacuums, allowing them to suck up plants. The AI in the game straight up calls them comical. If you want an idea of what these dinosaurs look like and how they act, you can see a preview of them in the video below.
In addition to this, there's also a free update available to anyone who owns the game. Sandbox mode originally only let you play on a single island, but now you can use it to play on any island in the game, so long as you have unlocked it in the campaign. You can also now place sand on all islands, giving you a little bit more customization as you need it.
Jurassic World Evolution is currently available on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. The Herbivore Dinosaur Pack is available now for the price of $4.99.
How do you feel about these new dinosaurs? Going to use them in the game? Rather just fill a park with T-rex and then let them loose and watch them eat people? Hold on to your butts and tell us how you feel in the comments below!
