Jump Force Kaguya Naruto

Less than a month out from the February 15th release of Jump Force it seems that Bandai Namco still isn't done announcing new characters. The latest issue of Jump has confirmed that Boruto, Gaara, Kakashi, and Kaguya from the Naruto universe will all be included as playable characters.

For those who aren't aware of who these characters are Boruto is the Genin son of Naruto. With the conclusion of the Naruto manga the shinobi story continued picking up with Boruto entering the academy and Naruto becoming the Hokage (finally). Gaara is one of the many bad guys turned good in the Naruto franchise first appearing using his one-tail power to disrupt the Chunin Exams but later in Naruto Shippuden has obtained the position of Kazekage. Kakashi Hatake is the mentor of Naruto and Team 7 being a prominent character throughout the entire series. Lastly, Kaguya is the true antagonist of the entire Shippuden series and the reason that the Great Shinobi War happened, though finally taken down by the combined powers of Naruto and Sasuke.

This may also not be the last of the characters that get announced, Siliconera noticed an update on voice actor Mami Koyama's website listing that she is voicing two characters in Jump Force. As the voice actor for Kaguya we know that that's one character down, what the second one could be is purely speculation at the moment. From the franchises that are already set to appear in Jump Force, she's voiced characters from Saint Seiya, Dragon Ball Z, City Hunter, and One Piece. There's also a chance that she'll be reprising her role as Dr. Slump's Arale as she was a playable character in the most recent Jump game.

With this addition of four more characters to the Jump Force roster that brings the Naruto Franchise up to 6 characters tieing it with One Piece and Dragon Ball Z for representation. The new total for Jump Force is 37 playable characters over 13 Jump series.

What do you think of the latest additions to the roster? Is there any Koyama character that you're particularly hoping to see added? What Jump character would you still love to see added?
