The Iron Oath Roadmap Promises New Quests, Events, and More

Curious Panda Games has revealed The Iron Oath roadmap, showing us what to expect for the next few months of this Early Access Tactical RPG.

The Iron Oath is a new tactical RPG that just launched today on Steam Early Access. It's one of the many new releases of Humble Games, the publishing arm of the popular bundle and discount store Humble Bundle. While you might be taking your first steps in the world of Caelum, Curious Panda Games has already laid out the next nine or so months of development.

The first major update is slated to arrive in Spring 2022; it will introduce the new Icebinder Class, new quests, and new events. The Dragon and Scourge events will be improved, and the City View visuals will get some visual improvements, too.

Later this summer, the second update will arrive. This next update introduces Tier 3 and Tier 4 ability upgrades for all of the classes in the game, a codex, and a bestiary. As with the previous update, this will be supplemented with new events, enemies, environments, and more.

Things get a little more mysterious in the third update for Fall 2022 -- "The Council" will be introduced, but this part of The Iron Oath roadmap is extremely light on details. Beyond that, we'll see more points of interest, Sea Travel, loyalty quests, and more make their debut after Update 3 this fall.
