The Humble Stand With Ukraine Bundle has been revealed, offering up over $2,500 worth of games and other content for just $40.
Humble Bundle has been supporting charitable causes for a long time, but it's really pulled out all of the stops to support humanitarian relief in Ukraine. The Humble Stand With Ukraine Bundle gives players the opportunity to pick up dozens of games for a minimum pledge of $40. This isn't just a mix of little indie games, either -- there are big, blockbuster titles like Metro Exodus and Back 4 Blood in the mix here, too.
What Charities Does the Humble Stand With Ukraine Bundle Support?
A total of four charities will be supported by the Humble Stand With Ukraine Bundle. Payments to each of these charities are made via the PayPal Giving Fund.
Here are the details on each of the four charities your pledge will support:
Razom for Ukraine
Razom for Ukraine, which means "together for Ukraine," is providing critical medical supplies to Ukraine and amplifying voices of Ukrainians abroad.
The current emergency response is focused on purchasing tactical medicine items and supplies for Ukrainian hospitals. supplies for critical situations like blood loss and other tactical medicine items. They have a large team of volunteers that tracks down and purchases supplies, and a logistics team that then gets them to Ukraine. They’re coordinating with several partner organizations worldwide and are also working with governments and embassies on establishing humanitarian corridors.
International Rescue Committee (IRC)
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) responds to the world's worst humanitarian crises and helps people whose lives and livelihoods are shattered by conflict and disaster to survive, recover, and gain control of their future. Today, more than 62 million people are displaced around the world—the largest number ever recorded. Their growing and complex needs mandate a transformation in better aid delivery. The IRC has taken on this challenge, providing health, water and sanitation, education, economic assistance, and special services that protect children and women in more than 40 countries and resettling refugees in 28 cities across the United States.
International Medical Corps
International Medical Corps is a global humanitarian organization dedicated to saving lives and relieving suffering. Established in 1984 by volunteer doctors and nurses, IMC is a nonprofit with no political or religious affiliation with more than 7,000 staff members around the world, more than 90% of whom are local. Their mission is to improve the quality of life through health interventions and related activities that strengthen underserved communities worldwide. With the flexibility to respond rapidly to emergencies, International Medical Corps offers medical services and training to people at the highest risk, always working to strengthen local healthcare systems and promote self-reliance.
COVID-19 Response:
Working with the World Health Organization, International Medical Corps is leveraging its relationships with local and national ministries of health globally to provide expertise, equipment, training, and triage and treatment services. Direct Relief works with healthcare professionals and organizations on the ground, establishing partnerships with local organizations that provide health services to people who would otherwise not receive them. Active in all 50 states and in 70 countries, Direct Relief is the only U.S. nonprofit organization licensed and accredited to distribute prescription medications in all 50 U.S. states. Direct Relief’s ongoing partnerships allow it to respond fast and expansively in times of emergency, including the devastating earthquakes in Nepal, where it has provided over $28 million (wholesale value) in medical aid to date. This includes supplies for surgeries and treatment of trauma-related injuries, antibiotics, nutritional items, and other critical medical resources.
