Each week Humble Bundle puts up a new bundle, usually with a theme. This week they introduced the Humble Narrative Bundle, which has seven games with a focus on story telling. As usual, there's three tiers depending on how much you spend.
The first tier is "pay what you want" and includes three games. Her Story is a strange detective game where you need to search through video clips to find out the truth behind a murder. You can read our review of Her Story here. The second game is Read Only Memories, a cyberpunk point and click adventure game where you team up with a robot to investigate the abduction of one of your closest friends. Finally, you'll also get Cibele, a game about a woman who falls in love with a man in an MMO. As usual, you'll also get a 10% coupon for the Humble Monthly Bundle with this tier.
The second tier is the "beat the average" tier, which currently is set at $3.38 at the time of the writing, and has three more games. First is Broken Age, Tim Schafer's love letter to classic point and click adventure games. The game was originally released in two acts, so you can read our review of Act One here, and our review of Act Two here. Next up is 80 Days, a retelling of the famous "Around the World in 80 Days" story. Here you must travel the entire globe in just 80 days, making decisions that could either slow you down or give you a boost. Last but not least the tier also has Sorcery! Parts 1 & 2. A video game adaption of an old game book, here you travel around a world looking for specific items and partaking in combat against various creatures. You can read our review of it here.
The final tier is a flat rate of $10 and includes a single game: Shadowrun: Hong Kong - Extended Edition. The third game in the recent Harebrained Shadowrun reboot series, here you'll get to see cyberpunk Hong Kong and take part in turn-based grid combat against elves, gnomes, trolls, and the other inhabitants of Hong Kong. We have a very positive review of this game up as well.
Last week's Humble Ubisoft Bundle Encore did indeed get extra games, and it was the two expected. Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon is a standalone expansion to Far Cry 3 and sees you messing around in a neon-lighted 80's love letter of an island. Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory is the third game in the series and often considered one of the best by fans. As an added bonus, you also get 100 Target Intel Credits for use in The Division.
The Humble Narrative Bundle is going for two weeks, while the Humble Ubisoft Bundle Encore has one more week left.
