House Flipper has just received its biggest update ever, which is interesting because we're over four years out from its initial launch in May 2018. The simulator's annual Christmas update gives players seasonal items to use and tasks to complete, but there are also hundreds of new items, new orders, and some extra houses being added to the game. The Luxury DLC is also receiving new jobs, houses, and items as well, so players who are looking to flip houses should have plenty to do when both updates go live on December 19th.
As for specifics, there are 3 new jobs that will bring up the past, present, and future of Christmas, so be sure to say "bah, humbug!" and generally be as miserable as possible while working these jobs. There will also be some new purchasable property so that you can deck the halls with 150 Christmas items. If that's not your style, there are 500 new items that aren't holiday-themed to try out instead.
The Luxury DLC, meanwhile, is getting 3 new jobs that should make for an interesting challenge, such as new furniture pieces to renovate and creative quests. There are also 3 houses that are unlockable after finishing your orders, and there are 150 "luxurious items" that should help make you feel as bougie as possible.

House Flipper is currently $4.99 (80% off), the House Flipper Garden DLC is $7.49 (50% off), the House Flipper HGTV DLC is $4.99 (50% off), and the House Flipper Luxury DLC is $8.99 (40% off). It's fitting that the Luxury DLC is only 40% off compared to the other DLC, but to be fair, there's a lot of content that you house flippers should enjoy. After all, who doesn't want to live a life of luxury, eh?
