Frozen District and PlayWay have announced a House Flipper 2 update that's bringing some much-needed improvements to the game's Story Mode, as well as a, erm, "crossover" with a world-famous fairytale.
In a press release, Frozen District says the new update will allow you to renovate Little Red Riding Hood's grandma's house, which has been "left in shambles after encountering the Big Bad Wolf".
As such, you'll have to clean up the aftermath of the wolf's rampage, including "claw marks" and "fur remnants", as well as pawprints in the bedroom. You'll also need to work with "retro appliances" and a small elderly-friendly bathroom.

In addition to the aforementioned fairytale renovation, this latest House Flipper 2 update also adds a new Before-After mechanic, which allows you to view before and after pictures of your renovation side-by-side.
Of course, it wouldn't be much of a House Flipper 2 update without new items, and there are a whopping 190 to discover, including new wood materials, "charming cat-patterned wallpapers", and much more.
You can also look forward to gameplay improvements like simplified repairs, better HUD hiding, and "enhanced lamp style copying", which sounds like a feature pretty much any game could benefit from.
House Flipper 2 is, believe it or not, the sequel to House Flipper, a house renovation sim in which you must take crumbling properties and transform them into beautiful places in which people would actually want to live.
If you're not in the mood for taking on challenges, you can always enjoy things at your own pace in Sandbox Mode, which essentially allows you to build your dream home at your own pace.
You can check out House Flipper 2 right now on PC via Steam. Make sure to take a look at our review of the game if you want to know whether it's for you or not!
