HoYoverse's super-popular free-to-play RPG Honkai: Star Rail is getting its first major update today, and the developer is celebrating with a trailer.
The trailer showcases the abilities of Silver Wolf, the new 5-star character who will be available via gacha (also known as Event Warp in this specific game) with version 1.1 "Galactic Roaming" later today. She's a quantum element nihility-type five-star character, meaning that she specializes in debuffing enemies and making them vulnerable. In this case, that's quite literal, since she can add an elemental vulnerability that they didn't have before corresponding to one of your characters. That certainly has the potential to be rather powerful.
She's voiced by Melissa Fahn in English and Kana Asumi in Japanese, whom you may already know as she also voices Bronya in Honkai: Star Rail on top of Lissa in Fire Emblem Awakening.

Honkai: Star Rail is a turn-based RPG that can be played for free in single-player mode. It's available for PC through a standalone client and the Epic Games Store, as well as on iOS and Android devices. Although the developers have announced that they are working on ports for PlayStation platforms, no specific release date has been announced just yet, but HoYoverse has promised that more information is coming soon.
Fans are currently waiting for the first major update, version 1.1 "Galactic Roaming," which is coming on June 7, 2023, with three new characters for the event warps (albeit two will be featured in the game's gacha a bit later, on June 28) and plenty of new content and events to enjoy.
