Honey ∞ Parade Games has Three New Console Titles in the Works

Senran Kagura producer Kenichiro Takaki recently gave an interview with Japanese gaming publication Weekly Famitsu and translated over at Gematsu, in which he divulged some upcoming projects. His new game development studio under Marvelous, Honey ∞ Parade Games apparently has three new titles, one for Switch and two for PlayStation 4.

Honey ∞ Parade Games’ has already created a new game for Switch called Shinobi Refle: Senran Kagura. This download only title was designed around using the new console’s HD rumble feature and focuses on the character Asuka. Now the studio has announced another Switch title in the works.

During his interview with Weekly Famitsu, Takaki mentioned that the new Switch project will also make use of the HD rumble capability and will be a packaged release and not download only. The studio isn’t solely focusing on the Switch though. They have two other projects in the works that will be for PlayStation 4.

While he didn’t divulge much about these two upcoming PS4 titles Takaki did mention that one of them may be ready to release soon. The other game will be a bigger project and is slated for release next fiscal year. Aside from these big console releases Honey ∞ Parade Studios is busy working on a lot of smaller projects as well.

Kenichiro Takaki has also been working on two TV anime’s but is trying to make a mobile game as well. Among his upcoming projects are original works and content for smartphones. He says that personally, he would like to work on an arcade project. The provocative game maker plans on making a big announcement about all of his projects over the summer so fans can look forward to more information about those soon. For now, all we know is that there will be a Switch game, two PS4 games and probably a mobile game from the developer.
