Halo: Combat Evolved is the very first game in the Halo franchise, although this isn't exactly the same game that released nearly two decades ago. Instead, this is the Anniversary Edition which features way better graphics and several other improvements across the board.

The Pillar of Autumn has arrived as a strange ringworld structure — and no one knows exactly what it is. The Covenant is hot on the trail of the ship, and so the captain charges Master Chief with protecting Cortana and exploring the ringworld below after an exciting crash landing. The Chief, Cortana, and his allies must uncover the mystery of this strange installation and protect planet Earth!
